Why a fruits and vegetables diet? There is a lot being said today regarding the lacks and inadequacies of the western world’s diet, dietary consumption, foods, etc. Governments, medical authorities, nutritionists, even Universities are jumping on the bandwagon entering the conversation. With so many authorities giving their opinions, it can be difficult to wade through the information, facts, and resources available.
A person might begin to wonder what diet will help them lose weight, feel healthy, regain vitality, or heal a chronic, life-threatening disease. First, find a diet that works best for your individual body. I personally found and have experimented with several diets over the years for health issues I’ve faced. This speeds up the natural healing process already present within the cells themselves to repair. It’s an amazing system and our bodies are wonderfully and magnificently made.
