Fruits used in Fruit Detox Diet:
Apples: A natural source of dietary fiber and Vitamin C, low in saturated fats, cholesterol and sodium. Although apple juice is delicious, freshly juiced apples are highly loaded with sugar, therefore it’s best to eat them whole for maximum benefit.

The average cantaloupe is 100 calories, filled with dense nutrients and excellent for weight loss.
Grapefruit: Has 5 times more Vitamin C than oranges, and a very good source of Vitamin A.
Grapes: A good source of Vitamin C and Vitamin K, and an excellent source of potassium to encourage alkaline balance in blood, promote regular heart beat, stimulate kidneys. Grapes help restore the body, cleanse the liver and remove uric acid.
Kiwis: A good source of Copper, Potassium, and Vitamin E, Vitamin C and Vitamin K.
Lemons: Are the 5-star citrus fruit. Lemons are filled with bioflavonoid, excellent for helping to detox the body during fruit detox diet. Lemons are also a good source of fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Potassium, Copper, Iron, Magnesium, thiamin, riboflavin, and pantothenic acid.
Mangos: High in fiber, Vitamin B6, beta-carotene, Vitamin A and Vitamin C.
