Fruit Diets That Work Best

With all the fruits diet books, or diet books written, and websites available online it can seem overwhelming to find the best one that will actually work for you. I’m a firm believer that each of our bodies is unique and we’re all made a bit differently. What may work for one person might not be the best for another individual.

My Fruit and Vegetable Diet Thoughts

As most of us understand, the body is a complex factory that needs a variety of minerals, vitamins, fatty acids, proteins and fluids (water mainly) in order to operate optimally. For certain individuals a fruits diet may not be the healthiest choice and even lead to serious health problems, yet for others their metabolism is very different and they are able to get all of the needed minerals, vitamins and fatty acids their body needs from a variety of plant sources. Other people won’t be able to get through even one day without a meat protein and starch. So, each of us is uniquely individual.

The thing that does concern me often, is not always which fruits diet works best, as opposed to the next fruit diet; but more finding the best diet that will give your body the complex variety of minerals and vitamins it needs.

What concerns me is the choices of food sources you choose from, rather than whether it’s one fruit diet over another vegetable and fruit diet. I hope this doesn’t get too confusing for you. What I’m trying to say is that the quality of the food you purchase is oftentimes even more important than the specific fruit and vegetable diet, or fruits diet you end up following. You could choose a rave-review diet, but the foods you actually purchase are inferior quality and do your body more harm than good.

It’s Not which Fruits Diet you Choose, but which Foods You Buy

Just remember these important tips and you’ll do well in the long run.

  1. Try to always purchase organically grown fruits and vegetables
  2. When you have the choice, choose to buy grass-fed beef or poultry, over grain-fed (you’ll also lose weight naturally, believe it or not)
  3. Choose organic milk, dairy and eggs

When you purchase organically grown, whole fresh fruits, vegetables and grains, along with grass-fed meat (if you need it), this is the best way you can send healthy, life-sustaining foods into your body instead of more toxins and poisons. After all, that is the ultimate benefit that any fruits diet can offer.
