More on the 3 Day Fruit Flush Diet

Jay Robb, the author and nutritional expert behind the Fruit Flush 3 Day Detox diet plan candidly remarked that many people had lost hope and that they don’t have the willpower needed to get from one meal to the next without snacking. Usually the meal and snacks also will consist of a highly processed and sweetened alternative. Willpower is an integral part of the strengthening process of the program; so having this 3 day occasion set aside makes the fruit detox diet a perfect time to say “No” to wrong food choices.

Day 1 – Fruit Detox Diet Protein Drinks

Since day 1 of the fruit flush diet will consist mainly of drinking protein shakes, it is important to find the correct high-quality protein powder recommended. You can’t afford to add artificial preservatives, sweeteners or emulsifiers at this time as these add toxins, and you are detoxing. The whey protein recommended should be without: calcium or sodium caseinate, aspartame, fructose, sucralose, sugar, cane juice, artificial flavors/sweeteners/colors, acesulfame potassium. Schedule: Starting from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm every 2 hours drink a 6 ounce serving protein shake. At 6:00 pm, your evening meal will consist of 3-6 ounces lean meat, or egg white protein, and 3-6 cups of raw veggies with organic, cold-pressed flax oil or other suitable fat.

Days 2 & 3 – Fruit and Salad Diet Added

Starting from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm every 2 hours you will eat 1 serving of fruit. A fruit serving would include: 2 apples, or 2 cups of melon, or 2 cups watermelon, or 2 oranges, etc. At 6:00 pm your evening meal will consist of 1 protein shake, 3-6 cups of raw veggie salad with an organic oil or fat.

In between you’ll be drinking plenty of distilled or filtered water, plus with the fruits, and shakes your body will be staying hydrated.
