August 10, 2011
By

The question of whether a ‘fruit diet’ is what your body needs at this time has to be prefaced with a few words about toxicity. To better clarify the “why” aspect, I wanted to preface it by again mentioning that in our highly toxic environment today our bodies get filled with toxins, heavy metals and impurities. Unless we find the solutions that work to rid our bodies of these poisons and toxins, we are up against a wall, so-to-speak. These toxins are filling our bloodstreams which carry needed nutrients, and unfortunately toxins throughout our entire circulatory system.

Our blood goes through and gives life-giving support, or harmful toxic elements to our tissues, organs and brains. How can a person honestly expect to remain healthy under these conditions?  We’ll talk a bit about pros and cons, as well as give helpful information that can assist you to choose whether or not a fruits diet is for you.

Why an All Fruit Diet?

Choosing an all fruits diet is a decision you alone have to make. You know your own body, you know how you feel, and more importantly, you know when your body is not feeling well. Maybe an all fruits diet is not the correct diet for you. If you have diabetes, hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia or another serious health concern it would actually make this diet completely wrong for you.

At that point you might want to consider another diet in accordance with your own health practitioner, or a vegetable and fruit diet. If you don’t suffer from any of those health issues, and you’re looking for a cleansing and detoxing plan, preferably one you can do fairly regularly, then consider a fruit detox diet.

Advantages of the Fruit Diet?

I’ll list just a few of the advantages of this diet which give it particular appeal; assuming you don’t fall into one of the above serious health concern categories.

  • A healthy, albeit temporary, diet that aids the body in getting rid of toxic build-up
  • A safe weight loss diet for those who are challenged with obesity
  • A natural way to bring back balanced health and fight chronic diseases
  • A delicious and safe way to lose weight; fruits are low in fats and calories thus making the fruit diet a dense nutrient all-star.
